Miss Capital City, 24-year-old Kristina Higgins who was crowned as 2009 Miss Georgia on Saturday night has quitted the next morning, reports tell. Still, no any authorised argument has been emerged by Miss Georgia administration, although its site is also depressed because yesterday.
